Yep. Checked it off.
We arrived in time to grab dinner. No, not a turkey leg, an actual burger…made out of real meat…cooked over a real flame…and it was REALLY good. I know, shocking.
We hurried to grab our seats and found prime seating open. Right in the middle…right in the front. We wondered why nobody wanted them.
We quickly found out.
Oh. Yes.
The risk of death or dismemberment. Noted.
We loved the wheelies.
But not the noise. Even with ear plugs, it was too much.
The kettle corn lessened the pain.
Mesmerized, they were.
We left with our ears ringing…but smiles on our faces from the memories made. It helped take our minds off losing Charlie the night before. Family time was just what the Dr. ordered.
So excited to check off some more!
