Got Answers?

I've got a few questions.
Got answers?

1. The timely baby pinch. Why - right before I go to church - does my baby have to pinch the skin on my neck (out of frustration) - so I look like I have a fresh hickey? Every one of my kids has done this to me at least once...always before church. Do you cover it with make-up...and increase suspicion - or wear it proud?

2. SpongeBob. Why is there now an obnoxious SpongeBob section in the front of Walmart- complete with clothing, accessories, macaroni and cheese, and prophylactics? Exactly what demographic are they targeting? Am I justified in feeling grossed out by his "sponginess"?

3. Daylight Savings Time. Why can't they mess with the clocks on Saturdays - when people have TIME to sleep in - instead of having to get up and ready for church. I know a girl who woke up this morning at the precise minute her church was starting. She had to go to the ward that meets at 2 pm, instead of her own. Poor thing. She's a sweet girl. Her name is Sarah. Maybe these daylight savings people aren't "church folk"....or maybe they are Seventh Day Adventists and attend on Saturday. Could they be Catholics who attend Saturday evening mass - or perhaps Jewish. It's neither here nor there at this point....I will stop speculating as to their religious orientation. All I know for sure....is that they are NOT accommodating people.

4. The Public School System. Times have changed. Every Friday morning there are now "pep rallies" to keep kids excited about school. Maybe I am a stick in the mud - but chronic "pep rallies" tend to take the "pep" out - and put the "entitlement issues" in. Maybe I am just grouchy because I was shorted an hour of sleep. Check out this video...
at our school's latest "Rise and Shine".

"Who let the dogs out?"....what the heyull???

I was comforted to see that administration may "evolve" over the years....
but every school still has one of "those boys".
They are timeless....and much more endearing NOW -than I found them to be back then.
