I think you attract these things into your life to bring humor to the rest of us. I can't tell you how many times I've been to those fountains over the years and I've NEVER seen this. You should count yourself lucky. Did you go the Children's museum? Did this boy's mother notice you taking random photo's of her son, or was she even in the vicinity?
